ABOUT GORDON

Hi, my name is Gordon Brodecki.  I am here to share the experience, knowledge, and expertise that I have gathered from the last 27 years of training myself and from the last 17 years of PERSONAL TRAINING & COACHING.  I have trained & coached thousands from the everyday couch potato to the elite athlete to get them to their individual fitness goals!  

 

Let me ask you an honest question.  Or better yet I want you to ask yourself an honest question.  Do I actually want to see real results and not just talk about it?  Am I sick of saying to myself, "I will start soon/after the holidays/after this last bad meal, etc.," with all good intentions and then I never do? Do I use excuses to get out of working out? And say if I do start working out, do I find myself quitting after a couple of months, weeks or even days!? With my 1-on-1 & small group training you will get SPECIALIZED training programs designed for you or you & your group which will aid in FAT loss, build STRENGTH, & increase your CARDIOVASCULAR conditioning.  This will create a STRONGER, LEANER, FIT, & more CONFIDENT you!  The only thing you will regret is in doing NOTHING.  And everyday that you take action is one step closer to who YOU want to be tomorrow!

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

A lot like 1-on-1 my small group training (different from classes) consist of 3-6 people were you still get that great attention to detail that you get with the 1-on-1 training but in a group setting.
